A Theatre Grows in Colorado
The
Montrose (Colo.) Daily Press recently featured a front page article and
editorial asking local residents if they are ready for a downtown Performing
Arts Center. The Center is
being proposed by Ed Thomas in partnership with Debby Bowers, a local
Montrose resident. Both have
acted in numerous productions in the community's Magic Circle Theatre and
are now hoping to open their own venue.

Katherine
spent a chilly Sunday morning biking with her two
14-year old nephews and 37,000
other cyclists around
New York City's Five Boros. The 42 mile bike ride started
near
"Ground Zero," including cruising up 5th avenue, and
concluded with a ferry
ride from Staten Island.
